NSW. PARLIAMENT.
Sydney, Angus'i 14. Parliament was officially opened to-day. . The speech from the throne promised an early introduction of a Legislative Council Beform Bill ; also that a Bill dealing with Federation on the lines of the Hobart Conference would be submitted this session. The speech otherwise dealt with the programme 1 of the Government where left off before the dissolution.
