MEAT PRESERVING COMPANY.
Sidney, August 15. At the half yearly meeting of the Sydney Meat Preserving Company the report stated that 702,800 sheep and 5700 bead of cattle had been purchased.. The credit to the profit and loes acoount was £39,500, and tbe credit to the reserve £16,000. Tbe report added that tbe demand for tinned meats continued active.
