BANK LOTTERY.
tf _ Hobabt, August 13. Complications have arisen over the first prize in the Bank of Van Diemen's lottery. The Trustees have reoeived an injunction restraining them from dealing with the prize to tbe extent of one-half, on the application ot Davis, of Western Australia, who claims partnership with Smith, the holder of the winning tioket.
