Tbe Ooean Bover has arrived. She experienced terrible weather on the passage across, and lost 2000 feet of timber. A wave of a tidal character came over the stern snd washed the helmsman away, who was only saved by catching a man rope. Another sailor was caught by the waves, and being thrown upon the ratlines, was saved. The cabin was Hooded, and the vessel's pnniVons destroyed,
