Invebcabqill, Jane 19. The trial of Minnie Dean was oontinued to-day. The question of the admisßibility of evidence of the murder of Eva Horoeby was ■ brought up by Mr Hanlon for the aooused. , Mr Jußtioe Williams said he had no doabt that suoh evidence was admissible, but he noted Mr flanlon'a objection in order that he aright, if he ohose, bring the matter under the notioe of the Attorney Genera', as provided by sub-Seotion 1 of Section 413 of tbe Criminal Code Aot. The iakiDg of evidence wbb proceeded with, and it was practically finished, but it ia possible that the Crown will leave the evidenoe in connection with the skeleton of tbe ohild found in tbe ( Larohes' garden. Nothing new was elloited. c
