RAILWAY ACCIDENT-ACTION FOR DAMAGES.
Sydnbi, June 19. i The trial of actions in respect to the Bed- y fern railway aceidentß have commenced. Counsel for tha Commissioners admitted that the aooident was by negligence, and that the only question to be decided was as to the t amount of compensation. Mrß Coward \ claimed £10,000 (or the loss of her husband, find obtained a verdict for £2750.
