The Coming Session of Parliament.
Wellington, Jane 18. Daring the forthcoming session a Fair Wages Bill will be introduced by the Minister for Labor, whioh provides that all contraota with local bodies and tha Government moat contain a clause requiring the rate of wages current in the distriot in the particular trade affected to be paid. The Masters and Apprentices Bill is to be reintrodaoed in a modified form, and abo the Undesirable Immigrants Bill. The Japanese still come coder the latter Bill.
