This wa3 a fciendly suit to determine how policy moneys should be applied. The deceased had made two apportionments by endorsing his policy, and one of these be sought to revoke by a sabsequent will. The question involved i* of general interest, as if the judgment ia givea for the plaintiff should a person once endorse on his policy an apportionment of insurance moneys it is irrevocable unless he expressly reserves td himself the right of revocation.
