The annual meeting of householders was fairly we'l attended, Mr 0 Thomas being voted to the chair The Secretary read the balance sheet, wbioh was considered ?atisfaotory, and, on the motion of Mr Peppe-ell, seconded by Mr Heyward, was adopted. Ten pom nations were received, when the following were eleoted tbe committee for tbe msning year: Messrs D Thomas, A J Palmer, E M Holland, L Pepperell, J A Thompson, P Day, and D Tanter. Tbe Committee met aft r tbe eleotion, when Messrs D Thomas, and J \ Thompson were appointed Chairman and Secretary respectively.
