Auckland, May 10. Donald Dinnie, the well-known athlete, was prosecuted under the Chili Protection Act, at Wangarei, for allowing his daughter under ten years of age to take part in performances at which price s for admission were charged. He was fined £5, or 14 days imprisonment.
