The annual report cf the British and Australasian Trnst and Loan Company shows a nett profit for the year of £18,000. The Directors recommend a dividend at the rate of 6 per cent for the year, and that £3000 be carried forward to next year's account. In view of the continued depression in Australia, £75,000 is set aside to meet poss ble lcsaet and depreciation in value of properties. It is proposed to give the debenture holders a speoific charge on the uncalled capital.
