SENIOR CUP.
Coi/tEGE V. PaiNCE AIiBEBIS. The former Euccumbed by 7 point 3to ii. The game throughout was very uninteresting and a poor exposition. The Alberts bad muoh the best of the .game, and during the first spell Graham scared from a forward rush. During the second half, Graham again crossed the line, being the outcome of a fine forward rush, ia which himself, Moore, and Clear were conspicuous. The referee disallowed the try, assuming that Graham was offside, which, unfortunately for the scorer, was not correct. Hall also scored after a fine touoh«-line run, but the referee, having a doubt about it, gave the defending side the benefit. Space prevents any comment whatever. Some few individual notea are necessarily omitted. Mr Oldershaw refyeed, and with the exception of. a few oooasions gave every satisfaction. All referees are liable to err ; he was strict and impartial.
