I have travelled, through the sea— its deeps and shoals, rocks and gandbacka, whirlpools and eddies— tnd have found l monsters and worms, whales and herrings, sharks and Bhrimps, mackerels arid spratß, tne strong devouring the weak, and the big swallowing tbe little— no equality there. I have ascend* d to heaven, with its greater and lesser ligh's, its planets and comets, suns and satellites, and I have found thrones and dominions, principalities and powers, angels and archangels, cherubim and seraphim— no, f quality there. I have dewfnded to hell, and there I have foond'Bee'zebub, the prince of the deyifo, 'and 'bis grim, counsellors, llolotfh and Bella l , tyrijnnieing over the oth r devils, a^d all of them over wicked men's soulf — no equality there.
