She proceeded to Bangitoto Beef, when the main steam pipe gave way, which necessitated her return to port, Captain Crawshaw not thinking it wise to proceed on the voyage. As Boon as the steamer was berthed at the wharf, work was Btarted to put everything in order, and the Upolu got away this evening.
