Armstrong. — July 20, at her parents' residence, Cambridge road, Wellington, Jessie Florence, beloved daughter of Edwin R. and Catherine Armstrong, aged 8 years and 2 months ; deeply regretted. Bell.— July 13, at Mr Thomas Duncan's residence, Motueka, James Bell, late of Palmerston North, aged 55 years. Clark. - July 16, at Nelson, of consumption, Luna Maria, beloved wife of S. W. Clark, of Collingwood street, in her 52nd year, Her end was peace. Dalton. August 4, at the Hospital, Nelson, Mrs S. Dalton, matron of the Hospital, aged 58 years. Dbogemulleb.— July 25, at Upper Moutere, Mra Drogemiiller, widow of the late Mr Christopher Drogemiiller, aged 77 years. Deceased was greatly respected by all who knew her. Ebskine.— July 31, at " Springfield," Wakapuaka, after a long and painful illness, Erskine Thomas Erskine, late Major 63rd Regiment Indian Native Infantry, aged 86 years. Edwabps.— Mary Louisa, the beloved wife of John Edwards, aged 39 years, after a shott and painful illness. Deeply regretted by all who knew her.
