The Payment of '-Members -Bill was amended by message from the Governor in the direotion of imposing floes on members of both branches of the Legislature, Councilors to be fined 25a and members of the House 403 per day for each day absent. The Magistrates' Court Bill was considered in Committee, and reported with trifling amendments. The Council then adjourned.
