MANSION OF PEACE LODGE, 1.0.0. F.

Thb annual summoned meeting of the above Lodga was heia on the 9th inst., and was well attended. From the accounts presented, it was shown that this Lodge's pro* grew is very satisfactory indeed, both numerically and financially Members received benefits to the amount of £130, The Surgeon's acoount for the year was £68, (ten ■hillings per member^ The interest for tbe year on invested capital nearly equalled the amount paid in benefits, thus leaving the greater portion of the membere' contribufa'on to be handed to capital acoount ; tbe amont ho added was £233. The total worth of the Lodge i 8 now £2500. Tha auditors were Sfessrs A. N Batohelor «nd J. W. Humphreys, who reported favorably on the wey in which the aacounts were presented. The following are the officers for the ensuing year • Grand Master, W. Ladley ; Noble Grand, T. B Greig ; Vice-Grand, G. Ingram ; Elect. Sec,, J. W. Humphreys; Permt. Sec, J. Thomas ; Treasurer, A. Robertson, Lodge Surgeon, W B Pearless, F.B.G.S. Bros. Thomas, Ladley, Hawkes, and Greig were elected delegates to the approaching district meetmp. The acoountß of the Foxhill Juvenile Lodge were also presented, from which it appears tbe Lodge is progressing satisfactorily, now having £40 to ita credit. Bro. Norris, on acoount of private affairs, was obliged to resign the presidency, and was heartily thanked for his many years services, owinp; to which the Lodge is in its present excellent state, and Bro. I. TunniolifTe was appointed in his place.
