Colonel Tullooh, Commandant of the Military, addressed the mutinous regiment fat Baharat to-day, exhorting the malcontents to stand out and f . state; their; grievances. Fifty of; the men acoeded to the request, and were commended for doing, so. The result has been that Sergeant Garland, against whom the' men complained, has been ordered, to be removed to Melbourne,' and the men have withdrawn their decision to disband.
