BITTERNESS AGAINST ENGLAND.
PABIS, _ The French Preaa are very bitter against England owing to the virtual admission made by Sir James Ferguson, political Secretary of Foreign Affairs, to the effect that the Marquia of Salisbury had agreed that Great Britain would protect Italy in the event of a Sreuch ' naval attack.
