Also, all that Allotment or Parcel of Land containing by ad-measurement Eighty Acres, more or less, situated in the said District of Awarua, being section numbered 5 on the plan of the said District, bounded on the Northward and Eastward by. Grown Lands; on the Southward partly by Crown Land, and partly by section numbered 4 on the said plan ; and on the Westward by the Awarua Mudflat. And I hereby give notice that I intend to cause the said Land to be Sold by Public Auction by Messieurs Shabp and Sons, at their Auction Boom, situate in Hardy Street, in the City of Nelson, on WEDNESDAY, the Fifth day of October next, at 12 o'clock Noon, unless the debt, interest, and costs payable under the ■aid Writ are sooner satisfied.
