NOTICE is hereby given, that a Deed of Arrangement, dated the 23rd day of January, 1878, executed pursuant to the Provisions of " The DeDtors and Creditors Act, 1876," and whereby William Thomson, of the City of Nelson, in New Zealand, Confectioner, conveyed, assured, aud assigned unto Henbx Buckebidgb, of the said, City of Nelson, Merchant, all the real and personal estate of the said William Thomson, Upon Trust, for all his Creditors as therein mentioned, was filed in the Nelson District Court, at Nelson, on Wednesday, the 30th day of Januaryj /1878: And ;Notice- is hereby further given, that a Meeting of Creditors of the said William Thomson is hereby convened for the purpose of assenting to the said Deed, such Meeting to be held at the Court-House, Nelson, on Tubsdat, the 19th day of February, 1878, at the hour of Three o'clock in the Afternoon.
