SEALED TEND BBS will be received at the Chief Post-office, Nelson, till the 30th SEPTEMBER next, for the CONVEYANCE of MAILS between the undermentioned places from the Ist January to the 31st December, 1873, both days included: — No- ServiceSl EaTwSy. 1 Nelson and Fox Hill once daily 2 Fox Hill and Wangapeka once weekly 3 Fox Hill and Wangapeka once fortnightly 4 Nelson and Riwaka twice weekly 5 Spring Grove and Waimea thrice weekly West 6 Nelson and Wakapuaka twice weekly 7 Chief Post-office and the Port as required 8 Nelson and Havelock once fortnightly. Each tenderer will be required to give security as provided for on the form of tender, for a sum equal to 2 per cent, on the amount of tender, binding the tenderer to take up tbe service tendered for, and execute the necessary contract bond in the event of his tender being accepted. Forms of tender and security, with terms and conditions of contract, may be procured at any Postoffice. No tender will be considered eligible unless made on the printed form provided by the department.
