NOTICE is hereby given, that John Lockett, of the City of Nelson, in the Province of Nelson, Gentleman, did, on Monday, the 14-th day of December, 1868, file at the Office of the Registrar of this Honorable Court, at Nelson, pursuant to the 45th Section of " The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," a declaration that he, the said John Lockett, was unable to meet his engagements with his Creditors.
