In the matter of the "Debtors and Creditors Act 1862," and in the matter of the Petition of Abthtjb William Scaife, of the City of Nelson, in the Province of Nelson, in New Zealand, Merchant. On FRIDAY, the Sixteenth day of June, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-five.
