FRANCE, MEXICO, AND THE UNITED STATES.
New York, March 22.—The Times' Paris correpondent says that the excitement about the relations between France and the United States is increasing.
The Paris papers announce Maximilian's protest against being excluded from the succession to the Austrian throne. He expects to leave Mexico aud return to Austria.
