A Foundation Scholarship, of £20 a year, to be held for three years, and competed for by youths under fifteen years of age on the day of election. 2. The Stafford Scholarship, of £20 a year, to be competed for by youths who have attained the age of fifteen, and to be held for three years, provided that the holder shall write an Essay, to the satisfaction of the Principal, in each of the last two years, on some subject of Modern History of the scholar's own selection.
