EDWAEDS and CO. have been favored with instructions from the Proprietor to SELL by PRIVATE CONTRACT, at a very reasonable price— All that most valuable FREEHOLD PROPERTY and SHEEP-RUN, situated in the Wairau Valley, of which the following is a fair description : — The Run, estimated at 40,000 acres of good grazing country, is capable of carrying 20,000 sheep, and is well bounded by rivers on each side. The Freehold —purchased 8,000 acres, but to be increased to 17,000 —secures the Run from all risk of interference. On the property Is a superior Dwelling House, with Sheepyard, Paddocks, Dipping Apparatus, Woolsheds, and every appliance for the successful working of a Sheep Farm. The Run may be purchased with or without 5000 to 10,000 Sheep of mixed ages and sexes, as \ arranged. Terms of payment, liberal—say two-fifths of the purchase-money down, balance by instalments of onefifth in two years, and remainder within ten years from date of purchase, bearing interest at per cent, per annum.
