An exhibition of £15 per annum will be given to each boarder _ whose parents or guardians reside within the Provinces of Nelson or Marlborough. Pupils, not boarders, may dine at the College, at a charge of 16s. per month. Every pupil must be upwaids of nine years of age, able to read fluently, and writa irom dictation, and know the first four rules of Arithmetic. Further particulars to be learnt from the Secretary, Mr. BRAITHWAITE, to whom applications are to be addressed. A Prospectus of the College, giving full particulars of tho building, school regulations, Masteis' testimonials, &c, with views and plans of tho College, is preparing for publication.
