An exhibition of £15 per annum will be given to each boarder whosa parents or guardians reside within the Provinces of Nelson or Maryborough. Pupils, not boarders, may dine at the College, at a charge of 16s. per month. Every pupil must be upwaids of nine years of ago, able to read fluently, and write from dictation, and know the first four rules of Arithmetic. Further particulars to be learnt from the Secretary, Mr. BRAITHWAITE, to whom applications are to bo addressed. A Prospectus of the College, giving full particulars of the building, school regulations, Mastcis' testimonials, &c, with views and plans of the College, is preparing for publication.
