A LLOTMENTS of LAND at BEACH- -^■*- VILLE are now open for Selection according to Priority of application, at the uniform price of £33 per section, having each ONE CHAIN of FRONTAGE TO A MAIN ROAD. A deposit of £5 per allotment to be paid at the time of selection, and^ss. per week or £1 per month to be paid as instalments until the whole of the purchase money shall have been paid; wheu a conveyance of the property will be made at the cost and charge of the purchaser, In case of instalments remaining unpaid for six conaecutive months, all right to any section to be forfeited at the option of the seller. The seller to give a receipt for deposits and all monies paid an account, which receipt shall entitle the holder to claim a legal conveyance of the allotment so soon as the full amount of £33 shall have been paid up.
