Land Value at Te Miro
Approval of the sale value of 330 acres at Te Miro, in the Cambridge district at a total of £5653 (land and improvements £5493, chattels £160) was given by Hamilton Land Valuation Committee on Wednesday. The vendor was Allan Hamilton Abbott, and the prospective purchasers were Graham Derek Olliver and Owen Keith Olliver. The original price provisionally agreed upon between vendor and purchasers was £7659, subsequently reduced to £5685.
