“Unpaid Land Agent”
“In my capacity in respect of housing I have become perhaps the only unpaid land agent in Te Awamutu,” commented Mr A. G. Warburton, at last evening’s meeting of the Chamber of Commerce. “On a recent morning I had seven callers before 9 a.m.” The speaker was discussing sections, in Te of obtaining, building sections, in Te Awamutu; and suggested that sales of sections might be speeded up if suitable intermediaries could undertake preliminary negotiations between owners and prospective buyers.
