Japanese Apples for New Zealand
Although fresh apples have never been imported from Japan to New Zealand, one of the old established enterprising Japanese exporting firms of Yokohama has quoted a New Zealand firm, fresh apples, which they describe as “Best Taste” and “Highest Preservation”; price 14s lid per case#of 401bs net, sizes 110 to 130. The fruit, was quoted for shipment in chill chamber. There is, of course, no possibility of apples being imported from Japan.
