Bursaries for Nurses
The Waikato Hospital Board decided this week to make application to the Department of Health for bursaries for Sisters M. Harding and E. C. Leach to enable them to take their midwifery training in December. Resignations of Nurses
The resignations of Sister S. Muir, Staff Nurses H. Wade, D. McKay, S. P. Sherrif, M. Tevendale, J. A. Reilly, and Nurse D. B. Given were accepted with regret at this week’s meeting of the Waikato Hospital Board and they were thanked for their services.
