Building Sites at Mt Maunganui
While Mt Maunganui is the mecca of thousands of holiday makers, it would appear to be the El Dorado of the five land agents who are in business there. In two days last week one agent alone sold 26 building sections in two days and a sub-division of 200 sections was also disposed of in record time. A Courier reporter who was at the Mount yesterday ascertained that a number of Te Awamutu and district residents have recently purchased sections at the Mount, and building sites are in great demand at prices ranging from £6O upwards.
