NEWTON—On 31st October, 1947, at Te Awamutu. Repeka Hariata Lucy, <learly loved wife of Thomas Newton, of Alexandra Street. Te Awamutu, and loved mother of Lilly, Huki, and Jack, aged 4G years. (Interred this day at Te Awamutu Public Cemetery.) clark & McMillan ltd., 244 a Funeral Directors. NOBES—On 2nd November, 1947, at VJaikato Hospital, Hamilton, Sydney John, dearly loved husband of Bessie Nobes, of Mandeno Street, Te Awamutu, and loved father of Jack and Betty (Mrs R. B. Miller, Puketurua School), aged 67 years. (No flowers, by request.) A Service will be held at St. John’s Anglican Church, Te Awamutu, today (Monday) at 3.30 p.m., funeral then leaving for Te Awamutu Public Cemetery. clark & mcmillan, ltd., 244 b Funeral Directors.
