THE HUNT
On Saturday the sixth meet of the season was held at Parawera on the properties of Messrs G. J. Walker and A. Sutherland. Weather conditions were perfect and followers enjoyed an excellent afternoon’s sport. After the hunt everyone adjourned to Mr and Mrs Walker’s home where a pleasant afternoon tea was served by the ladies of the club. After thanking the property owners and the ladies the Master announced that the Waikato hounds would visit Pokuru shortly. Among those present were: The Master, Mr K. Walker on Rusty, Mr F. Pinfold on Pilot, Mr A. Johnson on Arabian Princess, Mr B. McKenzie on My Tommie, Mr E. Fitzpatrick on Sunset, Mr A. Nicholas on Robbie, Mr J. Lysaght on Red Gold, Mr A.
