Owners of frontage who desire to participate will be expected to subsidise the work on the following basis:— 1— Minimum Charge, £5. 2 Cost to Owner, £5 per chain six feet wide. 3 Frontages in excess of one chain will be charged proportionately for the excess. Applicants are requested to lodge their applications addressed to the Town Clerk on or before noon of 30th June, 1943. The Council reserves the right to accept or reject any application having regard to the state of the existing footpath, and will not bind itself as to the time of completion of the work covered in any accepted application.
