PATRIOTIC DEPOT
The Patriotic Depot was taken by ladies from Tokanui Crossroads on Thursday last, the sum of £9 10s beingcollected. Donations of goods were gratefully received from the following:—Mesdames Warner, Boswell, West, Gane, Parker, Murray* Melville, .Hill, Mexted, Wyllie, Anderson, Williams, Ferguson, J. C. Cruickshank, Wyllie, G. Chuickshank, Campbell, Cruickshank senr., H. Brown, Oates, Mowcroft, Kirkham, Gormley, Lorimer, Wade, Sims, McConTaylor, Wallace (Miss A.), A. and S. Macky. The chair competition was won by Mrs C. H. Smith.
