LEAMINGTON RESIDENTS’ GENEROSITY ANOTHER £5500 GIVEN According to cabled advice received in Cambridge from Suva, Mr and Mrs S. H. Ellis, of Suva (and of Leamington), have donated £5500 for the Fiji Fighter Fund for the purchase of fighter aircraft for Britain, to be names “Comrades in arms—Fiji and New Zealand.”
This is the third fighter given by Mr and Mrs Ellis.
