THE OTOROHANGA CLUB ANNUAL MEETING HELD At the annual meeting of the Otorohanga Young Farmers’ Club Mr M. Shields presided over a good attendance and submitted his annual report. Mr F. Brightwell, treasurer, submitted the financial statement, which revealed a substantial credit balance. Two new advisory members were .elected unanimously, namely: Mr C. M. Staite and Mr W. B. McAdam. The Club agreed to curtail its meetings to one each three months. It was decided to hold the annual ball in the Town Hall, Otorohanga, on Tuesday, April 14th, the proceeds to be devoted to the same objects as last year. The election of officers resulted:— Advisory President: Mr H. H. Evans (re-elected). Chairman: Mr W. D. McCormick. Deputy-Chairman: Mr C. G. Murphy Secretary: Mr D. Brightwell. Minute Secretary: Mr M. Shields. Committee: Messrs C. Richardson, T. Shields and I. Reed.
