T’ENDERS will be received up till 4 p.m. on FRIDAY, the 14th day of November, 1941, by the undersigned for the Lease of:— Lot (I)—Sections 277, 279, and 280, Town of Kihikihi, containing 3 acres, more or less. Lot (2) —Sections 328 and 399, Town of Kihikihi, containing 2 acres, more or less. Lot (3) —Sections 281 and 284, Town of Kihikihi, containing 2 acres, more or less. Tenderers may send in one tender for all or separate tenders for eaoji lot. Each Lease will be for 14 years from 15th day of November, 194), with right of renewal for a further 14 years at a rental to be fixed by valuation of land only, or Lessee may have Lease put up for sale by public auction.
