MEMBER FAREWELLED
LEGION OF FRONTIERSMEN FOREGATHER. Te Awamutu members of No. 4 Troop, O Squadron, Legion of Frontiersmen, recently paid a surprise visit to the home of one 'of their members, Frontiersman Charles J. Futter, who is leaving this week for one of the training camps. During a very enjoyable evening Lieutenant N. Rossiter took the opportunity of presenting Frontiersman Futter with a beautiful money belt, suitably inscribed, and in a neat speech hoped the gift would always remind the departing member of pleasant associations with the local branch of the Legion. Frontiersman Futter suitably replied, expressing his appreciation of the gift and the spirit that prompted it.
