WEDDING BELLS

CLEMOW-DALLIMORE. The wedding took place on Saturday evening in St. Andrew’s Anglican Church, Cambridge, of Miss Hilda Marion, Dallimore, third daughter of Mr H. D. and the late Mrs Dallimore. of Cambridge, to Mr Donald Ivan Clemow, youngest son of Mr and Mrs R. C. Clemow, of M.onovale. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. C. W. Chandler, vicar of Cambridge, and Mr A. G. Boyce played the weddingmusic. Floral decorations had been carried out in the church with chrysanthemums in shades of deep cream and pink. The bride, who was given away by her father, wore a beautiful gown of magnolia satin, fashioned oil slender lines, the skirt falling gracefully to form a peacock train. A veil of cream tulle, which was worn over th a face on entering the church, was held to the head by a coronet of orange blossoms and the bride carried a bouquet of cream roses, chysanthemums and nerines. The bridesmaids were Miss Marci Hicks, Miss Alison White, Miss Lois Dallimore, sister of the bride, and Miss Beth Fairbrother, who wore frocks of pink stardust crepe fashioned on Victorian lines. Their head-dresses were of pink flowers and they carried bouquets of pink flowers and silver streamers. The best man was Mr Leith Watt and the groomsman was Mr Frank Hicks. Following the ceremony a reception was held in the Parish Hall, the bride’s eldest sister, Mrs Norman Senn of Hamilton, being the hostess. She wore a frock of black Chantilly lace with a matching toque and veil and carried a bouquet of roses, chrysanthemums and nerines in shades of pink. The bridal couple left by car for their honeymoon and will make | theiir future home at Monavale, Cam- : brdge.
