H. G. Gilbert will preside. The Induction Ceremony will be followed by a Welcome Social to the Rev. J. C. Young and Mrs Young in the Church Hall. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that, by a Proclamation under the above Act dated the 24th day of January, 1938, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 5, of 27th January, 1938, at page 96, the land described in the Schedule hereto was taken for the purposes of a street, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Te Awamutu as from the 7th day of February, 1938. SCHEDULE. ALL THAT piece of land containing 1 acre 0 roods 20.5 perches (more or less) being portion of Lots 1,2, 3, and 4 on a plan deposited in the Land Transfer Office at Auckland as No. 16493 being part of Allotment 321 of the Parish of Mangapiko As the same is delineated coloured red on plans lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland under No. 29156 and in the office of the_Minister of Public Works at Wellington under No. 97750.
