The times will be: Te Kuiti 2.46 a.m. (Standard time), Otorohanga 3.7, Te Awamutu 3.32, Frankton Junction depart 4.11, Mercer 5.19, Auckland arrive 6.40 a.m. Train will make usual stops. 787 WAIPA COUNTY COUNCIL. pUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Waipa County Council has applied to His Excellency the Governor-General to confer upon the Council under Section 182 of’“The Counties Act, 1920,” all the powers of Borough Councils with respect to the supply of water for domestic or industrial purposes for the use of the inhabitants of the area described in the Schedule hereto. Any person who desires to object to the conferring of such powers must lodge notice in writing of his objection at the office of the Honourable Minister of Internal Affairs at Wellington within twenty-one (21) days from the 23rd of April, 1937, being the date of the first publication of .this notice. SUNDAY, 25th APRIL, 1937. rp H E following Units are requested to attend the Commemoration Service:— Returned Soldiers, Territorials, Fire Brigade, St. John Ambulance and Municipal Band. The parade will muster at the in-ter-section of Arawata and George Streets at 10 a.m., and March to the War Memorial, where a »Jiort service will be held. The public are invited to attend and place wreaths, etc., at the foot of the Monument.
