The engineer, Mr J. W. Civil, told the Waipa County Council on Monday that he had notified the contractor (Mr Goosman) for the HamiltonWhatawhata main highway (contract No. 322) that he is now in full control of the whole section of this road, in accordance with the contract conditions.
