WAITOMO LABOUR
REPRESENTATION COMMITTEE. The monthly meeting of the Waitomo Labour Representation Committee . was held .at Te Awamutu last wee'k-end. Delegates from Te Kuiti, Otorohanga, Tangitu, Mangapeehi, Kopaki, Mokaiti, Ngatamahine, Waitanguru, and Maori branches of the Labour Party were present. Apologies were received from W'aimiha, Mahoenui and Te Kawa branches. Remits from the Kopaki, Mangapeehi and Te Awamutu branches were discussed and dealt with. A collection vdas made for the Manukau by-election fund and the sum of £2 17s was realised. It was arranged to hold the next monthly meeting at Waimiha.
