TE AWAMUTU CLUB. ARCHEEN CUP. The following is the result of the fourth round of the Te Awamutu Golf Club’s Archeen Cup competition, completed last week-end: H. V. Holmes’ beat W. Foggin, C. Blundell beat T. Dalziel, I. James beat H. Babbage, and G. W. Parxer neat H. McDonald. The 36-hole bogey match for Mr S. Preston’s trophy was won by H. V. Holmes, with a score of 2 down. C. O. Edmonds was next, 5 down. The Reid Cup, for non-handicap players, was won by J. Burke, who defeated R. Dalzlell in the final.
