COMING INTO FASHION Decorative gloves become more and more fashionable. Delightful schemes beautify the latest models. Beige and grey gloves show gauntlets embellished with preen leaves appliqued in black or boldly ornamented with Chinese red in Mali Jongg design. A very fascinating note to the toilette is supplied by gloves made with outstanding turn-over cuffs embroidered in hand-work to match the extremely ‘chubby” parasol, the vogue of the hour. A scarlet sunshade fringed with black or trimmed with wide ruchings of black georgette suggests an alliance particularly adaptable to such purpose. Gloves in one of the fashionable tones of grey, will gain immense charm if bands of red and black embroidery be added in outstanding effect. It is remarkable how extraordinarily the method of placing influences the point of success. Flatly inserted, such bands would be of but negligible value in the tout ensemble.
